Shipping & Return Policies
CustomCabinetSupply.com ships within the 48 continental United States. Orders will ship via common carriers using either ground or freight services, depending on the size of the order and/or other factors. All orders of 15 or more doors/drawers will require a signature upon arrival.
Damages to Shipments
CustomCabinetSupply.com does not assume responsibility for damage incurred by the shipping company. We will however work with you to provide the quickest fix and turnaround on your damaged products.
Please email us immediately at email@example.com with the following information:
1. Your Order Number.
2. A description of the damage that has occurred to each item.
3. Pictures of the damage if possible.
Once this information has been received, CustomCabinetSupply.com will contact you with more information on the best way to proceed.
Estimated Shipping Times
All wood products will ship from the nearest warehouse, either from North Carolina or California. Lead time for these orders is normally 5-7 business days with a 1-4 business day transit time. Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number providing updated delivery information.
Returns & Refunds
All sales of custom made cabinet components are final and no refund will be issued.
Our products are guaranteed to meet or exceed your expectations. If we mess up, we take full responsibility. However, products custom made correctly to your specific needs are non-returnable. Please double check your order for correct measurements, quantities, and product matches.

Our manufacturing facility, warehouse, and office will be closed on the following days:
- January 1 (New Years Day)
- July 4 (Independence Day)
- September 2 (Labor Day)
- November 28 & 29 (Thanksgiving & Friday following)
- December 23-28 (Christmas)
